Trial Set for Alleged Phony Fireman

NEW YORK (AP) -- On Halloween 2005, prosecutors say, Peter Braunstein dressed in full firefighting regalia - but his outfit had nothing to do with the holiday.

Instead, the freelance writer used the get-up as a ruse to enter the Manhattan apartment of a former co-worker who was then stripped, bound with duct tape and sexually abused for 13 hours, according to prosecutors.

Opening statements are expected Monday in the bizarre case.

Before the jury was seated last week, state Supreme Court Justice Thomas Farber made two key rulings: First, he barred most of the statements Braunstein made to police after his arrest on a Tennessee college campus.

Let's hope the Jury gets this one right. It doesn't look good on the face considering the Judge barred most of the statements Mr. Braunstein made to the Police and recently we have been seeing a rash of Juries just plain getting it wrong.

Mr. Braunstein is certainly a potential LIFER after the crimes he is alleged to have committed. Should he be convicted, I would hope that he never sees one moment of freedom again. This man is extremely dangerous and put the public at risk with his disguises and impersonating public servants.

Also, please remember that Mr. Braunstein's Father made repeated public pleas for HIS SON to turn himself in and was very distraught over his actions and alleged crimes. He deserves to be recognized for his bravery and realizing that his son was a danger to the public and his allegiance was to public safety and NOT to his son, unlike another case we are currently following.

Reputation is everything. Reputation in the Tourism Industry = DOLLARS.
The only thing that Aruba is afraid of is the BOYCOTT. This has been apparent by the repeated threats to the Holloway and Twitty Families as they are caught in a very uncomfortable position.

First, they are trying to get a conclusion to what happened to Natalee Holloway, their Daughter.

Second, they are trying to accomplish this without damaging the population of Aruba.

This is one of the most daring balancing acts since the Flying Wallendas.

No one wants anyone to suffer in this case. There has been enough suffering already. But Aruba has caused it's own problems and escalated those problems at every turn. Anyone who has followed The Natalee Holloway case since day one knows the modus operandi of the Aruban Authorities.

Aruba has one last shot to get it right and finally conclude the Natalee Holloway case. The KLPD has arrived from Holland and they are apparently trying to get the correct conclusion to this case (time will tell). If this case is finally concluded with the arrests and convictions of the last persons to be seen with Natalee Holloway, it will not be because Aruba did anything to get it right. It will only be because the Dutch have finally had enough of what Aruba has done to the reputation of the Kingdom.

The Dutch still take that reputation seriously. The Dutch still strive to be a World Leader and wish to garner the respect that Leadership brings. In Holland nationalism is very high and the Dutch are proud people. And rightfully so. They have many terrific accomplishments on the books. Their technology is very impressive.

Aruba, on the other hand, is just a small tourism depot. It can never be anything more than a sunny spot to simply get away. The Aruban Authorities seem to think they are some sort of Global Superpower. Where that delusion first began is anyone's guess. Their marijuana plantations and aloe factories are NOT very impressive.

The Bottom Line

Should the KLPD and the Aruban Authorities simply close the case, they close the doors on Aruba. Aruba will forever be linked to CORRUPTION and INJUSTICE. Not a pretty combination when trying lure tourists to your island. That will be the picture ingrained in so many minds forever.

The corruption has been proven over and over again. The players in the corruption have been exposed over and over again. The malfeasance and blatant cover-up have been proven over and over again. That will be the long lasting reputation of Aruba if they simply try to sweep the Natalee Holloway case under the rug.

It will be impossible to resurrect that former reputation of Aruba in the new technology era. Aruba and all their bad deeds are just one click away.

It will not matter how many people the ATA and AHATA hire to spread the word. The long lasting reputation will be one that no one with even a small amount of decency will want to associate. That will eventually start the downward spiral of poverty and the thing the Aruban Authorities fear the most. Their loss of POWER and ushering in a new era that will finally right the WRONGS that they themselves committed.

Focus on the person of interest, time and time again, we stress that if you knew this person….you would recognize them even without their face being visible. Study the picture…who do you know that walks in that area of Texas & Americana in Orlando? There is a lot of pedestrian traffic in that area. The Winn Dixie Shopping Center is always busy. Of importance is the fact, think back, do you recall seeing someone driving a 4 door Black Malibu Classic 2004? Someone who maybe doesn't own a car, only drove it briefly and then it was dropped off in the visitor parking lot at the Huntington on the Green Condominium Complex a mere mile or so from Jennifer's condo (at the Mosaic at Millenia on Conroy Road) at around noon on that Tuesday, January 24, 2006??? Does anyone recall passing by the entrance to Mosaic at Millenia at morning rush hour and think, remember did a black car pull out of the complex perhaps driving erratically? Perhaps not. We urge you to please look at the picture of her car, the person of interest. For those living in the Huntington on the Green Condominium complex where her car was found, please, think back, what do you remember, Jennifer's car was parked there for approx. 44 hours before a resident of the complex called to report it. The person of interest is between 5'3" and 5'5" tall - someone small in stature.

People talk, if you have knowledge of any circumstances surrounding Jennifer's case, please don't be afraid, do the right thing, make the call now. Contact a lawyer, member of the clergy, the police, a fireman, a member of the media and share what you know. There is reward money for the person of interest, as well as for information regarding Jennifer's case. You can remain anonymous and would be giving a heartbroken family the chance for answers.

Some people believe that these videos are very important and others see no correlation to the case. It is still an unsettled area of the case.

Ed Smith also used the name Tony Smith when posting on Web-Sites before Natalee Holloway became a CRIME VICTIM ON ARUBA. I located him on a site that rates the musical talent of bands and he would comment as to what he liked about the playing style. He also claims to be part of a group called the Digital Dub Deciphiles.

The November 2, 2005 meeting with Mrs. Twitty and the Strategic
Communications Task Force was an opportunity to exchange thoughts, facts and opinions between both parties. Both parties brought several issues forward. The consensus is that the primary goal of everyone involved is to find out what really happened to Natalee Holloway by allowing the investigators to carry out their work and hopefully bring this investigation to a conclusion.

The Task Force reaffirmed its concern and empathy for the suffering of the Holloway and Twitty families in this terrible situation, yet called their attention to the need to remain fair to the population of Aruba and not to engage in making requests which aim to interfere with the economic stability of our island. The Task Force brought forward their disappointment with the fact that, despite numerous efforts that have been made by the local community to find Ms. Holloway and the enormous expenses incurred by our small island, the community of Aruba is collectively being unfairly accused of a number of things. This has gone so far that there are now calls for Americans not to visit the island and a call for an economic boycott of the entire island of Aruba.

The response of Mrs. Twitty to these issues is that she never used the word boycott. The Task Force did inform Mrs. Twitty that she may not have used the word "boycott", but that her appearance on shows where she speaks with persons that call for a boycott while nodding her head in obvious agreement, represents an endorsement of such a call. The Task Force repeatedly made it clear to Mrs. Twitty that condemning a whole nation for an isolated case
(which remains under active investigation) is grossly unfair. Mrs. Twitty did state that this case was never about a single citizen of Aruba or anyone present in the meeting, yet rather about what she feels are barriers that exist in the police force and prosecutor’s office which prevent the case from moving forward.

Mr. Paul Reynolds reaffirmed in this meeting that he is absolutely against any call for an economic boycott of the island, and that he wants to reassure the population of Aruba that this has nothing to do with the community of Aruba.

When I discovered Ed Smith's identity I called Jamie Skeeters who in turn called Ed Smith / Roos who confirmed that he was indeed Edwin Roos. All Jamie did was call the number listed above.

While Aruban Authorities repeatedly threatened Beth Twitty with a variety of unpleasant future events, which could include shutting down the investigation into the disappearance of her Daughter Natalee, they worked in a concerted effort to deny her the JUSTICE they promised. This all occurred at the highest levels of the Aruban Government and used a variety of tactics to keep the Boycott from progressing.

Mrs. Twitty never once, to my knowledge, made any references to the VOLUNTARY Boycott of the Island of Aruba. With threats like she received, how could she? While working to assure no loss of revenue from the American Tourists, they left Natalee on the beach and lied to everyone.

BOYCOTT ARUBA ~ JUSTICE FOR NATALEE!

I am often asked, when will the suspects be released from SUSPECT STATUS in the Natalee Holloway Case? Will they all be released on 5-30-2007 / 5-31-2007, two years from when the crime occurred?

According to the information I have researched, the SUSPECTS are released two years TO THE DAY THEY WERE DETAINED OR ARRESTED.

Mickey John and Abraham Jones were detained / arrested on 6-5-2005. They will be the first to be released on 6-5-2007. I fully expect they will be released. They had no INVOLVEMENT in the CRIMES AGAINST NATALEE HOLLOWAY.

Joran Van Der Sloot and Deepak and Satish Kalpoe were detained / arrested at 5:30 - 6 PM on 6-9-2005. They will be released no later than 6 PM on 6-9-2007.

Steve Croes was detained / arrested on 6-17-2005. He will be released on 6-17-2007.
Steve Croes' role has never been totally defined. Questions still remain about what he did or knows.

Lorenzo Van Rijn was detained / arrested / questioned on 6-19-2005. He will be released on 6-19-2007. It is not known if he was in fact arrested or just questioned or was going to be a scape-goat for the ALE due to his reputation as a Hell Raiser. Too much still unknown about his role or lack there of.

Paulus Van Der Sloot was detained / arrested on 6-23-2005. He has already been released from SUSPECT STATUS AGAINST THE LAW. Paulus Van Der Sloot should have remained a SUSPECT until 6-23-2007.

Freddy Alexander Zedan-Arambatzis was detained / arrested on 8-26-2005. He will be released on 8-26-2007. It is not completely known if he was detained / arrested in connection with the CRIMES AGAINST NATALEE HOLLOWAY, or was detained / arrested in a completely different matter. He was released on 9-2-2005. He will be released from SUSPECT STATUS on 8-26-2007. That is predicated on the fact the he was detained on charges against Natalee Holloway. That is not known.

Geoffery Van Cromvoirt was detained / arrested on 4-15-2006. He WAS arrested in connection with the CRIMES AGAINST NATALEE HOLLOWAY. He will be released on 4-15-2008.

Guido Wever was detained / arrested on 5-20-2006 in the Netherlands. He was released after three days on 5-23-2006. He will be released from SUSPECT STATUS on 5-20-2008. Guido Wever was detained / arrested on charges related to the CRIMES AGAINST NATALEE HOLLOWAY. In fact he had the most serious charges of all the suspects leveled against him. Charges include, but not limited to - HEAVY BATTERY and MURDER.

An interesting caveat to the complex legal status of the SUSPECTS is the fact that the Kalpoes were re-arrested on 8-26-2005 and could theoretically remain SUSPECTS until 8-26-2007. As I mentioned earlier, it is not known if the charges against Freddy Zedan-Arambatzis are separate or part of the case of Natalee Holloway. The Kalpoes were detained with Freddy Zedan-Abrambatzis in connection with that incident. Those charges seems to be filming underage girls in compromising positions. Also, a charge of sexually assaulting an unconscious person appears to be part of the package.

Another interesting aspect of this confusing area of Dutch Law, is the Kalpoe Brothers could remain suspects beyond the 6-9-2007 release date due to the fact they were RE-ARRESTED on 8-26-2005. The last person seen with Natalee Holloway, by his own admission, could be free and clear while those that played an accessory role will remain suspects. I have not been able to get an answer to this question.

Of course this is all predicated on the fact that the Aruban Authorities COULD release everyone from SUSPECT STATUS on 6-9-2007 and declare it a cold case. They BROKE this STATURE when Prosecutor Karin Jansen released Paulus Van Der Sloot BEFORE the two year limit. They could do it all again.

Also NOT known are the roles played by Michael Dompig and 'AB'. Michael Dompig seems to have been detained / arrested for lying about the role played by Geoffrey Van Cromvoirt and it is not known if he remains a SUSPECT in the Natalee Holloway case.

Michael Dompig's STATUS is unknown.

**Although I believe I know the identity of person 'AB', I will not name him in case I am not correct.

Joran Van Der Sloot gets ready to make an International Spectacle out of himself AGAIN.

Joran Van Der Sloot is going to be making the rounds promoting his latest work of FICTION. His entourage of sycophants are anxiously awaiting the resurrection of the good boy sporter image. An image created by his reckless Mother and neglectful Father and has nothing to do with the TRUTH.

The TITLE should be : "I Killed Natalee Ann Holloway and MY Father made her disappear. What are you gonna do about it?"

All of the book deals in the World are not going to change the facts of the Natalee Holloway case. He is still the last person seen with Natalee Holloway by his own admission. And he lied his ass off repeatedly. Remember, he'll hate the GIRL is she reappears. Why would he say that? I would think he would be overjoyed. It would free him from a life of scrutiny.

Unless Natalee Holloway reappears and tells a story that coincides with the story that Joran Van Der Sloot tells, he will always be a International Pariah. The likelihood that Natalee Holloway will reappear is very very slim. The ALE, Dutch Investigators and the FBI all believe that Natalee is no longer alive. There is no indication that Natalee is alive and there has not been any indication that Natalee Holloway has been seen alive since she left Carlos and Charlie's Bar in Downtown Oranjestad with the three suspects.

So what is the purpose of Joran Van Der Sloot's book?

I believe it is self-gratification and does not have to do with money. This is about a person that is a narcissist and a psychopath. A deadly combination as we all now know and Natalee Holloway paid the ultimate price. Again, she is the only person to date that has paid any kind of price. Natalee Holloway was a HUMAN BEING and is not Internet fodder for people with nothing better to do than attack a VICTIM.

I have not seen Paulus or Anita Van Der Sloot openly protest the writing of this book or it's release. I can only draw one conclusion. They are supporting this travesty. For those of you that wonder where Joran gets his lack of morals, you should not have to look far. It's always been his parents poor parenting skills. At a minimum, I would expect that a parent would tell Joran that it is in bad taste to write a book while a teenage girl is still missing. That's not the case here.

It is those terrible parenting skills that are going to allow FUTURE VICTIMS. And more book deals. Sometimes it's better not to have any parents. Sad, but TRUE.

Profiting off of a crime is bad enough, but to release the book before the TWO YEAR DEADLINE for the Prosecutor to file charges also tells me that this group of murdering, raping and disappearing psychopaths are off the hook and are downright diabolical. They rub salt in the wounds that have never even had a chance to heal because of THEIR actions.

Someone in a position of authority has already made the decision to release the suspects and told the Sloots. The rest of us will find out in the FUTURE. What other conclusion can you draw? I'd be interested to hear.

Aruba and the Dutch seem to be two societies that have a very hard time distinguishing between right and wrong. They prove it over and over again.

The Family of Natalee Holloway, their Supporters, the Aruban Authorities, the Suspects, the Families of the Suspects, the Security Guards and their Families and the remaining Internet Trolls.

One of the biggest injustices of the entire Aruban Investigation into the CRIMES AGAINST NATALEE HOLLOWAY has been the FALSE ARREST of the Security Guards.

June 5th: Two security guards arrested in pre-dawn raid.

We will get an early look at who will be released or not from suspect status. Joran Van Der Sloot and the Kalpoe Brothers were arrested at about 5:30 pm on 6-9-2005. Between 8-9 PM one of the suspects admitted that 'something bad happened' and would lead the authorities to the location of the body in the morning. Only Joran Van Der Sloot led anyone anywhere on 6-10-2005. We should know by 6-5-2007 if the Security Guards have finally been freed from this two year nightmare.

As you will recall, Mickey John: age 30, Security guard arrested after being fingered by Kalpoe brothers and later released.

Abraham Jones: 28 year old security guard arrested with Mickey John and later released.

All that based on the LIE of one of the actual suspects. Deepak Kalpoe.

Karin Jansen knew this was all a lie and still went in like a Cowboy. She knew as early as 6-2-2005 that the REAL suspects were Joran and Paulus Van Der Sloot and Deepak and Satish Kalpoe.

Few leads

Police and volunteer land searches continued Wednesday with no results, while water searches, also unsuccessful, had been suspended “at this time,” police spokesman Edwin Comenencia said. “We’re getting tips,” he said, adding nothing has panned out yet.

The two men were arrested Sunday on suspicion of first- and second-degree murder and capital kidnapping, the latter of which is invoked when a kidnapping victim is killed, according to court-appointed defense attorneys Noraina Pietersz and Chris Lejuez.

Judge J.S. Kuiperdal will review the case June 15 and every eight days after that if needed, officials said. Authorities may hold the suspects for 116 days without filing formal charges.

The former security guards worked for a hotel two blocks from the Holiday Inn where Holloway stayed. Their work contracts had expired May 29.

What I find interesting is that Geoffrey Van Cromvoirt was detained on similar charges and there was a item tied to him. A bloody company uniform shirt with the letters VCB was found. How did they know it was Geoffrey Van Cromvoirt's? And why was he released after only 8 days? Seems like there was more than enough evidence to hold him LONGER.

BLOODY SHIRT FOUND AT COLONY

One of the larger contentions of the supporters of Natalee and her Family has been the release from SUSPECT STATUS of Paulus Van Der Sloot before the TWO YEAR limit.

As we have all learned, under Dutch Law, once a person is charged / detained in a criminal case they remain a suspect for TWO YEARS, even if no formal charges are filed. The Prosecutor has two years to file formal charges.

Mickey John and Abraham Jones had nothing to do with the CRIMES AGAINST NATALEE HOLLOWAY, yet they are still suspects and Paulus Van Der Sloot is NOT. (Another WTF Moment!) Mr. Van Der Sloot was released from suspect status by Prosecutor Karin Jansen, whom Mr. Van Der Sloot admitted was a close associate, co-worker and friend, all the while knowing that Paulus Van Der Sloot 'had two contacts' with Natalee Holloway on the night she disappeared. Karin Jansen knew these facts, yet broke the LAW and released Mr. Van Der Sloot. Ms. Jansen also broke the LAW by demanding a DNA samples from the suspects without a COURT ORDER, all the while knowing that by doing so she would not get another chance or a court order. That stopped any further DNA from being collected.

Most everyone believes that IS Paulus Van Der Sloot on the Excelsior Casino video. Steve Cohen said he would get back to us with the information as to whether that was Paulus Van Der Sloot and he never did.
That would be 'contact' number one.

Paulus Van Der Sloot was WIRETAPPED and his own words confirm he picked up Joran and NATALEE at the Palm Beach McDonald's at 4 AM. That would be 'contact' number two.

Jug Twitty and a host of others (10 or 11 people) heard Paulus Van Der Sloot say on the night they arrived on Aruba that Paulus Van Der Sloot picked up Joran at 4 AM.

It's impossible to image a LEGAL SYSTEM that grants a Prosecutor this much latitude.

The Dutch Legal System has been in it's current operating standard for about 500 years. These LAWS have already been argued and settled.

In concluding the Natalee Holloway Investigation several things will have to happen for the CORRECT conclusion to be reached.

1. Paulus and Joran Van Der Sloot and Deeapk and Satish Kalpoe will have to be charged with the premeditated murder, rape, disappearance and abuse of a corpse of Natalee Holloway. Then they need to be tried and convicted.

2. Mickey John and Abraham Jones will need to be fully indemnified. And those that played a role in their unjust detainment will have to accept responsibility and the proper punishment meted out.

3. Karin Jansen will have to be charged with corruption and collision for her role in the apparent malfeasance.

4. Judge Smit will have to be charged for his role in the corruption, collusion and malfeasance.

5. Those that played a role in the purposeful destruction of evidence and tampering with the case's outcome will have to be charged with those accessory crimes. i.e. Edwin Comemencia, Gerold Dompig, Jan Van Der Straaten, Dolph Richardson, Trudy Hassel, Ronnie Bernadina, Jules Sambo, Coizy Kronendijk, Ben Voc \ King, Judge J. S. Kuiperdal, Judge Bob de \ Wit, Rudy Croes and Nelson Oduber. Without charges against the people I just named there will be a repeat of what occurred in Natalee Holloway's case.

I believe it will be nearly impossible for the Dutch to own up to the apparent crimes here. For them to do so would be admitting their SYSTEM is flawed from the top to the bottom and would allow appeals Kingdom-wide in cases with similar occurrences.

The Dutch have more to lose than the Arubans, who only have tourism and that's already gone.

Over the last two years I have been blessed to meet some amazing people. People who put aside their own lives in the hopes of helping others.

When Natalee Holloway became a CRIME VICTIM on Aruba many people used their technology skills to help the Holloway's and the Twitty's. Most of us had little knowledge of just how vast the internet is and learned those skills on the fly. We collectively gathered the information on the suspects and found a tremendous amount of info in her case.

Few people are as skilled as Grande and Chicago_510. In fact, their 'KUNG-FU' is very powerful.

MARY X'S STORY.

I am a mom and my youngest graduates this year. A few years back he wanted a computer and I asked him to show me the basics and he did. I managed to get around from site to site and landed on a few missing persons sites and some of the story's struck me because it must be so hard for the people who have a missing child or loved one just to get up each day. I don't think I could do it.

So I decided to try and match some of the unidentified people in morgues to those missing people because I also believe that when people are born they are given names by someone who loves them and when the person dies it should be that they die with the same names given them at birth and be put to rest by their family's and not listed as a John or Jane Doe in a freezer someplace-So that would be the WHY part. Now on to the HOW part.

I bop around from morgue to morgue on the internet and some will list clothing worn at the time or list physical markings. Others will show actual photos and that is the HOW I do it part.

I have contacted a few coroners in different parts of the country and have also contacted some police departments and made a few friends, but I have run into a few also that I don't think could find themselves or some that I believe wear there uniforms to bed because they love their badge so much. I have met a few that are
thankful for the help and are willing to listen to a theory regardless of how far fetched it may sound, those are the ones that get solved.

WHAT MOTIVATES ME?

The fact there are so many people missing loved ones that have no answers as to why this happened and where there loved ones are.

These families of "the missing" wake up every day and go to bed each night with those same questions on there minds and from the tv shows I have watched and the many articles I have read each day is the same over and over again because with out answers they can not move on.

One mother put it this way, it's like each day is a repeat of the day it happened she also added that not knowing is the hardest part because you can't even think of closure until you have an answer. It is family's and parents that motivate me to
find these people.

I look in the areas that they don't want to think about - morgues. I try to see if I can match clothing, dates, birthmarks, prior surgeries, prior broken bones, breast enlargements. Anything that may single out a victim of crime or accident victim to those of the people reported missing.

I do it to help these families find closure so they can begin the healing process and not have to wake up each day wondering will today be the day police get a lead? Will today be the day he or she comes home? Each night they go to bed wondering will tomorrow be the day I get answers?

Some people last saw there loved one so long ago they have given up hope of any closure at all and just go on existing in the world. They have had birthdays and holidays go by that are only enjoyed by a memory they have of the last one spent together at a happier time when they were not in this nightmare and unfortunately that is the way some will continue to live.

I believe in miracles and the fact that some have come home alive and healthy after years of being missing is proof that miracles do exist, but sadly not everyone gets one. But still, knowing that miracles do happen should help them to continue to pray and hope that maybe it will happen for them to. I was raised to love people-all people, not just the ones of my same skin color or faith. I was raised to treat people the way I would like to be treated. I was raised to believe that God not only judges you for your sins but he also judges you for what you do for others. It is those values that make finding missing people my PASSION.

Hello to all,

It is always with mixed emotions when spring comes around. Spring means new beginnings, fresh starts. Spring right now for me is a sad reminder of what I lost.
We continue trying to make something good out of the bad that has happened.
Max to the Millions has been a way to keep Max's memory alive while helping others feel they are not alone.
This is the third year that we are giving our gift of love.
This year Sarah Cromer is doing us the honor of accepting our gift. Sara is sixteen and a Brighton High School Sophomore. Sarah also is a Brighton cheerleader. When her leg started hurting she had no idea her sophomore year would be spent fighting cancer.
Sometimes you only have to spend a few minutes with someone to feel their spirit (maybe that is why she is a cheerleader). Sarah is a warm outgoing, beautiful young lady with a lot of spirit and a million dollar smile. I meet Sarah for the first time while she was in the hospital a few weeks ago. I walked away feeling inspired by her strength and her smile . Sarah knows that she has a lot of hard work ahead of her.
Attached you will find information of this years events. One is a adult party at Barnstormers May 11th. The second is a band concert. (Tips) Dominique on her own made this concert possible. Tips is a very talented band from Brighton High. They never met Sarah but said yes right away, to help the cause.
Kids helping kids, people helping people, is what Max To The Millions is all about.

Wikipedia History of Gilberto François "Betico" Croes (b. 1938 d. 1986).

Betico was an Arubian political activist who was a proponent of Aruba's separation from the rest of the Netherlands Antilles. This eventually occurred, but Croes lapsed into a coma after an accident on 31 December 1985 (the night of status aparte) and was never conscious to see his accomplishment. He's called the father of the Arubian nation.

The accident he suffered were questioned by many for years since a car was seen leaving the area after the accident. This conspiracy theory was never proven.

He was the leader of the political party M.E.P. (Movimiento Electoral di Pueblo) and was the person responsible for the Seal, Flag and Hymn of the island of Aruba.

In the 1980's he also told his people that are Aruba should target the tourism in order the diversify the economy since it depended mainly on the refinery.

A young ambitious schoolmaster/politician from the A.V.P. became the leader of a new political party - M.E.P. (Movimiento Electoral di Pueblo). This ambitious young politician emerged as the driving force for the next generation towards the realization of our new "Status Aparte" in the Dutch Kingdom. This was achieved in 1985 and made official as of 1st January 1986. Mr. Gilberto François Croes (better known as "Betico Croes") became the modern "liberator" of the Aruban cause, namely to become an independent partner within the Royal Dutch Kingdom.

It's hard to imagine that someone who was trying to improve the lives of the Aruban People would approve what is happening on Aruba today. How did Aruba get so far off track?

It's common in small countries when life is inadequate for a People someone emerges to take the helm and demonstrates leadership in trying times. Martin Luther King Jr. immediately leaps to mind. I have to admire someone that shows that Leadership.

Most had very little knowledge of the inner workings of Aruba when Natalee Holloway became a crime VICTIM on Aruba on 5-30-2005. We have all learned about the History, the Culture, the People, the Topography, and the System. The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.

When I look at the history of Aruba, I become aware that Justice is NOT for ALL.

If a conspiracy was not proven in the death of Betico Croes, I doubt there will be such a conclusion in Natalee's case. Some cases are just left at the window of The Texas School Book Depository. They seem to remain in limbo even though there appears to be ample evidence that a CONSPIRACY does exist.

If a man like Betico, who is revered from San Nicholas to Malmok can not have a conspiracy proven in suspicious circumstances, I doubt that Natalee Holloway will get the Justice we all wish would have arrived yesterday.

Today the Diario has made accusations that the M.E.P. is using LISTENING DEVICES to catch any inner workings of the Newspaper. The phones are bugged.

Morning Daily Paper Is Denouncing Tampering Of Telephone.

Now that is a damn serious allegation.

Have we all heard that allegation before? Yes, Dave Holloway implied that his phone while on Aruba was tampered. He had no other explanation as how some knew what seemed to be confidential.

As I have posted in the past, Prime Minster Nelson Oduber controls all communications on Aruba and recently declared an M.E.P. Boycott against the Diario Newspaper.

Given the fact that the Diario is Public Enemy Number One in the eyes of the M.E.P. and Mr. Oduber, it is logical that if the allegations leveled by the Diario are true, it could be tied to only one person and one party. A party Hell Bent on the destruction of Aruba. Just what are they trying to prevent from coming out? What info are they trying to hear?

Mr. Oduber prevents the son of Betico Croes from being a member of the M.E.P. Party.

In an effort to consolidate his POWER, Mr. Oduber slays the children of his enemies to prevent a future where he has no POWER. In a effort to prevent his downfall, Mr. Oduber bends laws and place Aruba in a dangerous position.

I believe if Betico Croes were alive today, Aruba would not be in the mess it created through poor leadership and decision making.

Betico realized that the Golden Goose flew in from the North and would not have killed that Goose.

It goes from Aruba to Holland, back to Aruba, back to Holland, and back to Aruba.

The final stages of the one of the worst cover-ups in the history of cover-ups is almost complete. Thank God the Dutch never tried to over-throw the Queen. The conspirators would be discovered in less than 24 hours not by the Dutch themselves, who wouldn't recognize a conspiracy unless it was sitting under a stack of unmarked Guilders, but by the FINGER POLICE.

The Natalee Holloway case is SOLVED. It's not a secret what happened to Natalee. In fact it's not a secret who did what afterward. The only people still undecided are the Dutch Investigators, Joran Van Der Sloot, and a dwindling handful of internet trolls.

Joran Van Der Sloot has revealed he is still not ready to tell the truth. So, we will have to wait until that 'someday' arrives.

You would think an innocent man, as Joran Van Der Sloot claims to be, would volunteer to sit down and CLEAR HIS NAME before the two year limit arrives on 6-9-2007. His name is anything but clear.

The Dutch investigators are not investigating anything at all. They are tying up the remaining loose ends on the Natalee Holloway case. If they were serious about getting results, they would have re-interviewed Joran Van Der Sloot at least once over the 18 months seeing as how he has been residing in Arnheim Holland. He is relatively easy to find.

The Dutch Investigators could argue that interviewing Joran Van Der Sloot is not worth the effort. He is the World's Worst Liar, and what would be accomplished by interviewing him? He is an adult now. Interviewing him without his father sitting there holding his hand might actually get somewhere and he may have forgotten some of his initial lies and he may be caught in a flurry of lies that he is not smart enough to spin. That is all predicated on the fact that the Dutch would actually ask the correct follow up questions this time. He might also decide it's time to come clean and tell what happened and the roles played by others. We will not ever know the answer to that one because the Dutch Investigators have not and do not intend to interview the last person seen with Natalee Holloway. Nothing is assured here.

How could they ever get a conviction in the muscularly challenged Dutch Judicial System?

A conviction in this case would come from cell phone, internet and text message traffic. It would also come from video footage of the Excelsior Casino and Holiday Inn, wiretaps, from Paulus Van Der Sloot's banking records, and from the statements of those witnesses and NOT suspects. It should be a slam dunk, and it should have been a slam dunk a year and a half ago. It's really not that complicated, unless you ignore everything that has been discovered (accidentally released) to date.

Will there ever be a trial? In all likelihood, no. The reason is simple. Joran Van Der Sloot might actually get convicted. I know that sounds crazy, but in the Dutch Judicial System anything is possible. He could get convicted by accident. However, in the closed door Dutch Judicial System that operates in the cloak of darkness, it would be hard to imagine. Declarations and summary evidence would be thrown out and no one would ever be the wiser.

Few Judicial Systems in the twenty-first century operate in a closed door fashion. Only Totalitarian Systems still screw VICTIMS. That is what we are really dealing with here. A Society that portends to be open and elects officials, but in reality is still a Monarchy. This is the clash of cultures you often wonder about. There are many that miss communism in the old USSR. And there are many that miss the good old days of nepotism, cronyism, and outright corruption in Holland. Monarchies are legalized corruption.

You can be assured that the Dutch have a new respect for the Americans. They now realize we are not easily fooled. They thought this was going to be over in 3 weeks, they learned the hard way that things have changed. They never ever imagined we would kick the snot out of their System, their cronies, their repulsive way of life, their outright lying, and their outright protection of a murdering, raping psychopath and his father.

Will Joran ever go to jail? Yes, he will. There will be another VICTIM down the road. A VICTIM that never needed to become a VICTIM. If the Dutch would have done the right thing in this case, there would not have been a 'future VICTIM' for at least 15 years.

And we'll all be back to do it all again.

Lastly, remember when the Dutch sent their Investigators to Aruba in months past? Remember they never interviewed any of the suspects or witnesses. What makes anyone think at this late date they all of a sudden decided to do the right thing?

Illegal Immigrant arrested in rape of 11-year-old girl.

Police in Colorado have arrested a man wanted for questioning in the rape of an 11-year-old Utah girl. Benito Martinez, 22, was arrested in Castle Rock, Colo., after investigators tracked him to a relative's home around 8 p.m. Tuesday, police said. The rape occurred Saturday at a home in Syracuse where at least five families lived, including the man and the child, Syracuse police Lt. Tracy Jensen said. One of the victim's family members caught the man in the act and called police, Jensen said. An extradition hearing could be held as early as today, he said.

Police Chief Brian Wallace takes his job seriously and protects innocent children from becoming VICTIMS.

Hats off to Chief Wallace. Not only did he do his job in lighting speed, but he realizes what a threat Martinez poses. Chief Wallace is someone that takes CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN seriously. Anyone that would harm a little girl in this manner is a total danger to the community. The Syracuse Police Department is doing a TERRIFIC Job and deserve to be recognized. Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:

We, the undersigned Members of the Senate and House of Representatives for the United States of America respectfully call upon you to consider the following request on behalf of United States citizens Duane "Dog" Chapman, Leland Chapman and Tim Chapman.

WHEREAS, justice is a determinant of the sovereign political systems of all nations, and international disputes arise when two jurisdictions conflict or fail to agree upon the best course of action; and

WHEREAS, a present legal proceeding exists between the United States and Mexico surrounding the action of the three Chapmans, who in June of 2003, participated in the apprehension of a convicted American rapist, Andrew Luster, in Mexico (with the supervision of a person the Chapmans reasonably believed was a Mexican police officer), and who then were detained in Mexico while proceeding to a Mexican police station to deliver Luster to the proper authorities; and

WHEREAS, Luster was a convicted felon who had fled as an escapee from the California Department of Corrections six months earlier by jumping $1 million bail on charges that he drugged and raped three women; he was also on the FBI's "Most Wanted" list, convicted and sentenced to a term of 124 years of imprisonment in absentia for 86 counts of rape, drug and weapons offenses; and
WHEREAS, Luster's disappearance commenced an international manhunt by police, FBI and bounty hunters; and

WHEREAS, Mexico has requested extradition of the three Chapmans charging them with the minor crime of "deprivation of liberty" for participating in the location and apprehension of the fugitive rapist; and

WHEREAS, the Chapmans were arrested in their Hawaii homes in September, 2006 by U.S. Marshals and were freed on bail, and have been pending extradition to Mexico, where if convicted, they could be required to spend from six months to four years in a Mexican jail; and

WHEREAS, Luster is now serving a 124-year sentence in California; and

WHEREAS, the Chapmans have never been compensated for Luster's apprehension; and

WHEREAS, the Chapmans believed they could locate and participate in the apprehension of Luster based on the fact that Luster had entered Mexico under a false name, and because of the presence and assistance of a person the Chapmans reasonably believed was a Mexican police officer; and,

WHEREAS, the Chapmans never had any intent to violate either Mexican law or challenge its sovereignty; and

WHEREAS, the Chapmans have offered to apologize to the Mexican government for any perceived breach of sovereignty; now, therefore:

WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST that the above-named officials of the Mexican Government and Judiciary dismiss the pending charges against the Chapmans and withdraw the request for their extradition, and allow this international dispute to be amicably resolved by virtue of the justice that has been served in the United States and in Mexico against rapist Andrew Luster by the good faith actions of United States citizens Duane "Dog" Chapman, Leland Chapman and Tim Chapman.

Syracuse (UTAH) Police Searching for Man Accused of Raping 11-Year-Old Girl

KSL.COM- Syracuse police say they have enough evidence to charge Benito Martinez with first-degree rape, but they have to find him. The suspect has been missing since the incident happened early Saturday morning.

Police say he was renting a room in a house where other families were living, including the 11-year-old victim. Police say the 11-year-old girl and the suspect did not know each other, aside from the fact they lived under the same roof. Twenty-two-year-old Benito Martinez was renting a room in the house and carpooled to various construction jobs with others also renting there.

Police were called to the home early Saturday morning around 1:45. "He apparently went into the 11-year-old's room and sexually assaulted her. I don't know at which point it was interrupted, but it was interrupted by someone who mentioned they would call the cops, and he left the house," says Lt. Tracy Jensen of the Syracuse Police Department. Martinez has not returned since.

WHITE VAN PARKED ON THE SIDE OF THE MARRIOTT IN ARU-BAY VIDEO

As I remember the van, it was slightly 'thinner' than the van in the picture above. The Van in the 'Missing Video' could in fact be this van above based on the distance Ed Smith filmed it from and the equipment could have possibly distorted the size of it.

What is intriguing about this van is it appears to be totally enclosed and does not have windows. The Van in the Missing Video does not appear to have any back windows, if I recall correctly.

This picture below is a van that is roughly the same 'thickness' as the Van in the 'Missing Video'. I believe the dimensions of the White Van in the 'Missing Video' are slightly larger, but this gives you the idea it is not a Chevy 1500 Series as seen in another of the Aru-Bay Videos.

As I have said before, the Dushi Bagels Delivery Van appears to be an exact match for the make and model of the Van in the 'Missing Video'. Dushi Bagels is located on the street level of the Playa Linda Resort next to the Hyatt and less than a block from the Holiday Inn.

The ship docked in Curacao shortly after Amy was discovered missing. Extensive searches on the ship and at sea have produced no signs of Amy's whereabouts. This investigation is ongoing.

This morning I awoke to find out that Prime Minister Nelson Oduber and his 'militia' (otherwise known as the MEP Party) have called for a boycott against the only Newspaper on Aruba that TELLS THE TRUTH - the Diario.

In a post titled 'Eunuch Island' on 2-22-2007 I said - Tourism is way way down, and is not coming back any time soon, if ever. So the Aruban Authorities have come up with an ingenious plan to use hypnosis so the locals believe all is well. What's next? burning down the Diario and shutting off the internet? I would not put that past Mr. Nelson Oduber, after all he controls all communications on Eunuch Island.

And low and behold, Voilà!

No, I am not a psychic. This was just easy to see on the horizon.

When I see what has occurred here, I am often reminded of the Arubans that fill the message boards with cries of 'Aruba is a stable Democracy'. Well, it may be a Democracy in it's smallest form, but there is nothing Democratic about shutting the FREE-SPEECH of a Newspaper down. (For the record and for those of you that are unaware, the United States is not a Democracy. It is a Representative Republic).

It's also interesting that last year the Diario ran a news story about Child Porn on Aruba and never finished the story as I commented on earlier. I have to wonder if there were threats to the Diario when they were going to make the names known. If this did not get those in power in an uproar. Why all of a sudden?

There was no public outcry when the Diario said they would name who was involved in this scandal. A silent majority can be translated into only one thing. Acceptance.

It is true, under Aruban Law, Nelson Oduber controls all communications. But when a Governmental Leader uses repeated threats one can only imagine how long it will be until Oduber implements his true plans for Aruba. Degradation of Society's Norms are the first steps to Socialism. Break it down and and propose a 'NEW WAY FORWARD'.

I would expect the Internet to be shut off on Aruba at any moment, except how would the MEP get the marching orders to their ATA Hooligans in the States that are trying to round up more innocent Tourists for their brand of 'Fun and Sun'?

Well, the Boycott of the Diario by the MEP is in full swing and the Government has asked no one speak to any reporters from the Diario. A Government that would go to these lengths is DANGEROUS. VERY DANGEROUS.

I will be waiting with baited breath to hear Mr. Jossy Mansur's response. But hey, won't we all.

Person Of Interest-

And for that matter, is the case of Max DeVries still open?

Ms. DeVries has not received any of the final paper work from Aruba as I reported in an earlier post. As we all know, the Aruban Authorities have claimed repeatedly that once the two years statue expires, all documentation, declarations, and summary evidence is released to the Family and their Attorneys.

As we all know, the Aruban Authorities never lie and always tell the truth in regard to the laws of Aruba, how they are structured and how they are applied.

If the final paper work has not been received by Ms. DeVries, one could conclude that Max's case is still open even though no one has investigated the case in almost three years. Or was it closed before she and her daughter left Aruba and the Aruban Authorities never did the 'RIGHT THING' and left her to languish? Looks like another instance of TALKING OUT OF BOTH SIDES OF YOUR MOUTH. You draw your own conclusions.

During the filming of the Opsporing Verzocht re-enactment in the
Natalee Holloway case I noticed several oddities that give you the impression that the case is closed.

1. As Bloggers and Posters have noticed and commented on, why is the person portrayed as Joran Van Der Sloot not a Caucasian? The person portraying Joran Van Der Sloot appears to be of Arawak decent. This alone raises so many Red Flags that it's impossible to imagine it was done by mistake. Who made the decision to allow this to happen?
If the objective was to get TIPS in the case, why wasn't someone that closely resembled Joran Van Der Sloot used for this Oscar quality role?

2. In the Dutch Judicial System there are no JURIES, only Judges. Why did the program Opsporing Verzocht taint the population of Aruba and Holland's overall perception of the character of Natalee Holloway? In the video, it is clear for all to see that the producers of this program attempted to portray Natalee Holloway as a person of less than upstanding moral character. The program implies that Natalee is flirty in the Carlos and Charlie's scene even though there are no declarations to justify that account. WHY? I conclude it was to make anyone with information in the case to determine that 'she deserved it' and they might decide not to report what they knew.

3. The Program's title is translated to 'ARREST REQUESTED', so you would naturally think that is the goal. How can you get information in a case when the information you are requesting is not based on accurate interpretation of the events?

4. Of all the tips received by Opsporing Verzocht, how many panned out and helped this case? We will probably never know the answer to that one.

5. What is the REAL intention of this type of programming when the overall format was skewed from the beginning? One could logically conclude that the purpose was to steer the investigation AWAY from Joran and Paulus Van Der Sloot based on the way the show was conducted, and the fact the Aruban Authorities confiscated the vehicle of Deepak Kalpoe for the filming of the program.

6. I have heard from the Dutch that the program is similar to America's Most Wanted and has produced arrests and convictions. How did they get it so wrong in this instance? It can only be because it was scripted that way by people in both Holland and Aruba. The BIG difference in the two programs is John Walsh would never allow Nationalism to screw over a CRIME VICTIM. When that happens, it's just more PROPAGANDA.

Justice Ministry Department Head Rudy Croes requested Holland's involvement in the case of Natalee Holloway to deflect the blame in another direction. When there are no criminal charges filed, those on Aruba will claim that they passed the case on to Holland and they made the final determination. There will be claims that we can not blame Aruba as they did the right thing by asking for assistance. This is total HOGWASH. They know it and we know it.

How can Holland make a TRUE FINAL determination in the case when the ALE altered Beth Twitty's statement? How can Holland truthfully come to the correct conclusion when Joran Van Der Sloot's initial declaration as a SUSPECT and not as a WITNESS was torn to pieces and thrown in the garbage by Dennis Jacobs as witnessed by Beth Twitty?

How can Holland get it RIGHT when one of their own appointed Judges blocked access to the Van Der Sloot main residence during the search on 6-15-2005 by stating that he was a 'guest' of Paulus and Anita Van Der Sloot at the residence and it would be an imposition?

I discuss this case with many people. I have one friend that is convinced that Holland will do the 'RIGHT THING' and at the last minute arrest the main suspects in Natalee's case. He has much more faith in the Dutch than I. He believes that Holland will slam this case on the main suspects based on the WIRETAPS. If he is correct, it should be a slam dunk. The words of the main suspects in the case and not under duress would go along way to assure a speedy conviction. Again, he is much more optimistic than I.

Is Natalee's case closed? You decide.

While searching for information in the cases of those missing on Aruba, I come across all kinds of information. Some real and some totally FABRICATED.

Recently I came across a piece of info that I had somehow forgotten about. Amigoe.com got itself involved in the purposeful spreading of dis-information.

A 14-year-old boy was "lost at sea" in Aruba a year ago. No body was recovered. Amigoe.com now reports that there was a siting of the boy in Brazil.

" The hotel employee has again confirmed to the Amigoe today that the police had informed the hotel that Max de Vries is probably alive. The boy is supposedly in Brazil. The American Insurance Company had asked the Aruban police for more information. "

Apparently that link no longer works, but I remembered the story as if it was yesterday. The Story originally ran in the online version of Amigoe.com and was used as a piece of propaganda to reach the intended audience in America.

Several questions immediately leap to mind.

1. Why is Amigoe.com using Hotel Workers as investigative sources? Are they not part of the AHATA? Hardly seems like a reliable source for a missing person.

2. This story ran on or about 7-14-2005. Why did Aruban Authorities feel it was important to distance themselves from the Max DeVries incident? Questions were now being asked about others missing on Aruba and the response from the Aruban Authorities was hardly reassuring. This could spiral out of control fast. They decided to begin to blame the VICTIMS for their own MISFORTUNE, otherwise known as CRIMINAL ACTS.

3. In an effort to make it appear that the story is REAL, the story implies that the Aruban Law Enforcement are actively pursuing information requested by an American Insurance Company. Why? This one is easy to answer. They shift the blame to someone other than themselves.

4. Who initiated this piece of PROGAGANDA? Prime Minister Nelson Oduber. He controls all communications on Aruba. When you control all communications, the BUCK STOPS THERE. He has no choice but to hold the ultimate responsibility even if others acted without his knowledge.

5. What was the story's ultimate purpose? The purpose is easily identified. It is again to make it appear as if Aruba did all it could to get a conclusion to Max's case even though they did nothing and in fact obfuscated the ISSUES.

6. According to the Aruban Authorities, Max was 'lost' in a tragic accident. Why the need to add this malicious act? Only on Aruba could someone come up with this 'extra' bit of pain already heaped on a grieving Family. Truly Heartless.

Apparently this piece got the attention of everyone on the NET, and got people talking about things other than Natalee Holloway.

Re: the Max De Vries story-
This broke just around the time the brothers were released from jail, and had people thinking along different lines.
Max de Vries was not alone when he went out on a jet ski, he was with a family friend David Stacy, 56. Max's father had died 14 months before, and it could have been Mom's boyfriend, but I think that was kind of quick, so I don't know.
David Stacy reported that Max's jet ski stalled, and when he went to help Max, his stalled too.
David then claimed the jet ski's capsized and the two hung on. Max eventually tired, fell away and drifted off. Search and Rescue found David Stacy hanging on to the Jet skis I don't know how many hours later. Max could not be found.
Now supposedly, but this is rumor as far as I have been able to see, I haven't found anything to confirm it on the net anywhere,
David was arrested in the states on suspicion of murder because there was a very big life insurance policy on Max. Then it turns out that they brought the boy out of hiding in Brazil because it was all an insurance scam.
I was told by someone that they saw it being reported on CNN, I have not been able to find any reference to it anywhere, but maybe some of you have more time and experience with that.
This got a few people here thinking, but the police tell me there are no big insurance policies on Natalee.

Scubajap lies and confuses the real issue, searching for the TRUTH in the cases of those that became CRIME VICTIMS on Aruba.

In Aruba Lends A Hand -

Paying it forward: The mother of Max is an Angel that God has given very dificult trials. She lost her husband, then 6 months later her son. Max de Vries broke the heart of Aruba and HE WAS the largest and most extensive and expensive search Aruba had ever done! WE started looking for Max within 45 minutes of his disapearance. The Aruba Search and Rescue Team together with a helicopter searched ALL NIGHT long, risking thier lives at night in the rough sea. The Royal Dutch Marines joined in, their Helecopter, and a Helicopter from Curacao came in to search. He rented a wave runner with a man his mother met at the pool at La Cabana. Aruba did every possible to find Max, but the currents swept him away. The man who sign responsibility for Max on the waverunner swam to shore in a different direction of Max. NEITHER fell off, they decided to swim in even after receiving instructions to NEVER LEAVE YOUR VESSLE - he signed the waver. His waverunner was found within 1/2 hour. You cannot blame Aruba! Aruba will always remember Max!

Michigan Mom gets it right and is not confused about what Aruba is REALLY all about.

This young man was lost in Aruba in the spring of 2004. The mother still has no clear answer as to what happened to Max. No death certificate, no police report, and no help from the US or Aruban government. He went out on a jet ski with someone from the hotel that they were at, and never came back. Lost at sea.

Another lost person in Aruba. :-(

Aruba goes to the furthest reaches of lying to screw Families and VICTIMS. The Aruban Authorities spread the teachings of Joseph Goebbell's in a horrible attempt to hang on to the American Dollars all the while slandering the VICTIMS and their Family Members. Truly shameful.

With 'newspapers' like Amigoe.com, Bondia.com and Aruba Today to do the DIRTY work of those in POWER it is easy to understand how and why the population of Aruba does not hold anyone accountable for the terrible set of circumstances they find themselves in currently. Only the Diario is not afraid to tell the TRUTH.

Please notice in this post that 'In Aruba' states that the Search and Rescue Team got involved. I posted the name of the person that was involved with the Search and Rescue Team in a previous post. His name is Adolph Cruz, phone number - 297.962.1380

Also please take note of the many similarities in both cases as described by 'In Aruba'.

2. Helicopter.

3. Helicopter from Curacao. I believe this would be the black helicopter with the imaging device attached to the front used in Natalee's case.
