For Tadpole - that is NOT a cook and is in-fact Paulus. At one time it was also claimed to be a man named Tommy Pooch from Miami - which it was not.
As BH has always said - It is known that both Paulus and Joran met Natalee in THAT casino. Remember she viewed those tapes before anyone else and knows the truth about who that is. Also, JQK has indicated it is Paulus.
And recently when Joran was extradited back to Aruba - the flight went to Curacao, the same route taken by Paulus on his original trip home. As all late KLM flights do. Then it's a puddle jumper onto Aruba.
When Anita Van Der Sloot was giving her side of the events in the earliest days of the investigation, she said the other children were with her for her mother's 90 birthday celebration in Holland. Only Paulus returned home.
That all changed when Paulus had no alibi and was about to be hung out to dry.
Don't allow those with an agenda to fool you. That's Paulus.
I know you have read both books and and Paulus is known to be in that Casino. We all know that.

His charge was "Premeditated Murder". There is a reason for that.
As we know from the Superior Court decision, he had TWO contacts with Natalee Holloway and was denied his compensation for illegal detainment based on those two contacts. And furthermore, his colleagues indicated he was most like involved and responsible for the disappearance of Natalee Holloway.
Contact one - casino.
Contact two - when he indicated he picked up both Joran AND Natalee at the Palm Beach McDonalds at 4AM.
Let's also not forget - during the Van Twans interview Paulus was asked if he made any phone calls between 2 am and 7 am. He initially said NO... then pulled Van Twans aside and said he "may have made some calls". All related by Van Twans himself.
Someone holds the TRUMP Card - and it's not Paulus. He knows that and so do others.
Is that a camera at Paulus' left elbow? Aren't those usually forbidden in casinos?
Very strange but it looks like one to me.
There is an item there for sure. Hard to know exactly what it is without enhancement software. Given it's size, it is either a camera or a phone.
Klaasend from SM did zero in on that item and it does look like a camera with a small flash window.
I'm not completely sure what the actual rules are for the Excelsior Casino. I don't think anyone really knows. They let a minor in more than one, so it can not be by mistake only.
If they would have enforced their own rules, especially the one about being 18 or older to enter, this whole nightmare might have been avoided.
